Petitioner Xiu Ling Zhang, a native and citizen of the Peoples Republic of China, petitions for review of an order by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying asylum and withholding of removal. She argues, among other things, that the Immigration Judge ("IJ") failed to reconcile his decision with the documentary evidence she produced. We grant Zhangs petition for review, vacate the order of the BIA, and remand to the BIA for further proceedings consistent with this Courts opinion in Liu v. Ashcroft, 372 F.3d 529 (3d Cir. 2004).
